Stairways with more than 6’ elevation from existing grade $100.00 additional / stairway REGARDING OUT OF AREA INSPECTIONS: *Verification of access availability and signature are required prior to any travel to out of area sites *Out of area visits: should access to property be denied upon arrival at site, a daily service charge will be applied for any areas that need to be revised and require another trip to site. *Out of area: $2.00/mile
